Iโ€™m the owner and lead planner of Grand Entrance Affairs. Iโ€™ve planned events of all types, sizes, and scales for the past 17 years. I live for creating beautiful moments, exploring beautiful places, and connecting with beautiful souls.  

Iโ€™ve worked in the wedding industry for over 15 years and have found a great passion for helping people celebrate lifeโ€™s milestone moments in style. As a people person, I thrive on the high energy and excitement that comes with planning weddings and other special occasions that are close to your heart. I love helping you find creative ways to include important cultural customs, traditions, and other must-haves in your big day. 

From planning and coordinating to officiating weddings, my ultimate goal is to create a smooth, stress-free, and memorable experience that you can be fully present to enjoy from start to finish.

Her journey into the wedding industry began while planning her own wedding as a 2026 bride, sparking a deeper curiosity for the world behind the scenes. Carly

Assistant Coordinator

A proud mom, avid traveler, and lover of the outdoors who finds joy in everything from tennis and paddle boarding to quiet moments by the coast in La Jolla Shores. With a warm, grounded presence and a deep appreciation for meaningful connection, Carly brings both care and calm into every celebration sheโ€™s part of.Drawn to the richness and atmosphere of Fall weddings, she especially loves large celebrations filled with family, tradition, and shared milestones. While not a hopeless romantic, she believes deeply in acts of service and finds fulfillment in creating seamless wedding days where couples and their loved ones can truly be present and enjoy every moment together

A cat mom with an adventurous spirit whoโ€™s always up for a new challenge, whether thatโ€™s running half marathons or even learning to fly a plane. Calm under pressure and naturally team-oriented, Jessica brings energy, adaptability, and positivity into every wedding day.She loves being part of the collaborative process that brings a celebration to life, and her strong communication and conflict resolution skills help create a smooth experience even during high-stress moments. A big kid at heart with a love for cute plushies, new adventures, and celebrating lifeโ€™s little joys, including planning her shih tzu Momoโ€™s 18th birthday debut in 2026. Judi believes itโ€™s never too late to try something new, and brings that same open-hearted energy and enthusiasm into every wedding day. One of her favorite parts of weddings is watching ideas come to life during setup and seeing all the details come together in real time. Being part of such a meaningful moment in a coupleโ€™s life is something she considers truly special and deeply rewarding ๐Ÿค

  • "We did not have a typical wedding at a typical venue. Instead we chose to host over 130 of our closest friends and family at an open campground in the middle of the San Bernardino National Forest. This was a huge undertaking as we had to coordinate with several vendors to rent generators, portable toilets, lighting, a dance floor, and everything else that goes with having a wedding in the forest. Ingrid worked tirelessly with my wife to plan all the intricate details of the day. We got married in a beautiful yet challenging outside AirBnB venue on a ranch where everything from restrooms and generators to catering had to be brought in.
