I’m the owner and lead planner of Grand Entrance Affairs. I’ve planned events of all types, sizes, and scales for the past 18 years. I live for creating beautiful moments, exploring beautiful places, and connecting with beautiful souls.  

I’ve worked in the wedding industry for over 16 years and have found a great passion for helping people celebrate life’s milestone moments in style. As a people person, I thrive on the high energy and excitement that comes with planning weddings and other special occasions that are close to your heart. I love helping you find creative ways to include important cultural customs, traditions, and other must-haves in your big day. 

From planning and coordinating to officiating weddings, my ultimate goal is to create a smooth, stress-free, and memorable experience that you can be fully present to enjoy from start to finish.

Whether spending time with family, traveling, or cheering on UCLA basketball and the Dodgers, Kacy brings warmth, energy, and connection into every wedding day. Detail-oriented and naturally adaptable, her favorite moment is watching the groom’s reaction as the bride walks down the aisle, a reflection of the emotion and love that makes each celebration unforgettable.

Regine

Lead Coordinator

A San Diego native with a love for connection, culture, and meaningful celebrations. Coming from a family rooted in hospitality, Regine brings a naturally warm and people-focused approach to every wedding day. Passionate about thoughtful details, emotional moments, and creating unforgettable experiences, she especially loves when couples incorporate elements that reflect their story and personality.

Dang

Associate Planner

Content Creator

A matcha lover, vintage treasure hunter, and self-proclaimed social butterfly who’s always drawn to meaningful experiences and beautiful details. Whether she’s exploring local coffee shops, taking a pilates or dance class, or searching for the perfect designer find, Dang brings creativity, energy, and warmth into everything she does. Her journey into the wedding industry began while planning her own wedding as a 2026 bride, sparking a deeper curiosity for the world behind the scenes. Through working with Grand Entrance Affairs, she’s discovered a passion for collaboration, organization, and creating memorable celebrations rooted in love, connection, and intentional detail.

Carly

Assistant Coordinator

A proud mom, avid traveler, and lover of the outdoors who finds joy in everything from tennis and paddle boarding to quiet moments by the coast in La Jolla Shores. With a warm, grounded presence and a deep appreciation for meaningful connection, Carly brings both care and calm into every celebration she’s part of. Drawn to the richness and atmosphere of fall weddings, she especially loves large celebrations filled with family, tradition, and shared milestones. While not a hopeless romantic, she believes deeply in acts of service and finds fulfillment in creating seamless wedding days where couples and their loved ones can truly be present and enjoy every moment together.

Judi

Assistant Coordinator

A big kid at heart with a love for cute plushies, new adventures, and celebrating life’s little joys — including planning her shih tzu Momo’s 18th birthday debut in 2026, Judi believes it’s never too late to try something new, and brings that same open-hearted energy and enthusiasm into every wedding day. One of her favorite parts of weddings is watching ideas come to life during setup and seeing all the details come together in real time. Being part of such a meaningful moment in a couple’s life is something she considers truly special and deeply rewarding.

Jessica

Assistant Coordinator

A cat mom with an adventurous spirit who’s always up for a new challenge, whether that’s running half marathons or even learning to fly a plane. Calm under pressure and naturally team-oriented, Jessica brings energy, adaptability, and positivity into every wedding day. She loves being part of the collaborative process that brings a celebration to life, and her strong communication and conflict resolution skills help create a smooth experience even during high-stress moments. Most of all, she simply loves love and finds so much joy in helping couples create memories they’ll cherish forever.

Instead we chose to host over 130 of our closest friends and family at an open campground in the middle of the San Bernardino National Forest. We got married in a beautiful yet challenging outside AirBnB venue on a ranch where everything from restrooms and generators to catering had to be brought in.
