Hey, I’m Ingrid.

I’m the owner and lead planner of Grand Entrance Affairs. I’ve planned events of all types, sizes, and scales for the past 17 years. I live for creating beautiful moments, exploring beautiful places, and connecting with beautiful souls.  

I’ve worked in the wedding industry for over 14 years and have found a great passion for helping people celebrate life’s milestone moments in style. As a people person, I thrive on the high energy and excitement that comes with planning weddings and other special occasions that are close to your heart. I love helping you find creative ways to include important cultural customs, traditions, and other must-haves in your big day. 

From planning and coordinating to officiating weddings, my ultimate goal is to create a smooth, stress-free, and memorable experience that you can be fully present to enjoy from start to finish.

Instead we chose to host over 130 of our closest friends and family at an open campground in the middle of the San Bernardino National Forest. This was a huge undertaking as we had to coordinate with several vendors to rent generators, portable toilets, lighting, a dance floor, and everything else that goes with having a wedding in the forest. Ingrid worked tirelessly with my wife to plan all the intricate details of the day. We got married in a beautiful yet challenging outside AirBnB venue on a ranch where everything from restrooms and generators to catering had to be brought in.
